We were a little late to the game in selecting vendors, as we were not sure if we would have to postpone again (we had already postponed once due to Covid) and were afraid to plan too much too soon. “Our DJ, Genius Entertainment, bailed on us less than a month before the wedding. We had already paid in full and had booked with them almost a year and a half out to secure our spot. They informed us they were sorry, but couldn't find a replacement, and refunded us with no explanations and a few sketchy suggestions for other guys (all of whom were booked). We panicked and went to our wedding planner, who immediately began shopping for a new DJ. Lo and behold, somehow she found First Coast, and Steve saved the day. He agreed to do it for almost the same price as Genius, despite the short notice, and drove all the way from Jacksonville to help us.
